Gallagher Construction is a Design-Build General Contractor in King County, WA. Design-Build is a type of project delivery that puts the designers and contractors on the same team. This is advantageous because it allows the designers to collaborate with the contractor, during the design phase, and present to the client ideas that are feasible and within the parameters of the client's budget. The contractor is also involved early on so they understand the essence of the design from its conception.

Sean is a second generation builder and brings decades of experience in the residential construction and real estate industries. Sean offers a valuable perspective and broad knowledge base to his clients while understanding the importance of listening to his client's needs. Sean received his BA from Colorado State University. Adam is a founding member of Gallagher Construction and in his role as operations manager Adam is the driving force for every project in production. Adam has been bringing a positive attitude and "can do" spirit to his clients lives for over 17 years as a remodeler and custom home builder.
