Had Randy's for well over a year. After a storm this summer we had a telephone line come down at the end of our lane which there are 6 houses. There is a lane that bypasses around the area where the downed line
was but either they chose not to use it or didn't know where it went. I called and left messages for both Randy's and the driver for 3 weeks. No one would return my call! So I stopped payment on my debit card and went with John's. I haven't had a problem with pick up and they always return or answer my calls!!

Started there service, trash never got picked up, left several messages, no return calls, terrible service, almost seems like they went out of business, would not recommend on using this service.

Just called to receive collection after too many no shows from another company. Had to be the easiest and most cooperative sign on I have ever been a part of!
Neighbors love this collector so finally joining the list of satisfied customers.

These guys are not only reasonable but really nice too. Very polite, pleasant, and personable. I’ve been around for some 67 years and here never encountered those traits in previous Sanitary Engineers. Thanks Randy. Great job!

I called randys after being missed by another company several weeks in a row. before I even finalized my service, my trash was picked up. They are so friendly and welcoming and i could not be happier with the switch!

We live in Upper Milford and recently switched to Randy’s Trash, and I wish we’d done it sooner. The service is 100 percent better than our previous trash hauler. Very economical too. Highly recommended.
