Joe has a deep-rooted history in construction that began over 40 years ago. Beginning his career as a laborer in the industry, Joe became proficient at virtually every aspect of construction work, including interior and exterior framing, drywall, metal structures, carpentry, and masonry. From his hands-on experience, he gained invaluable knowledge of his craft and the quality work he could deliver. Today, DUCS comprises two divisions: A Residential Division and a Commercial Building and HOA Maintenance Division.

When you make the decision to build a new custom home, it can be both exciting and intimidating, and the home building process itself is complex with the extensive time involved. Having built many custom homes in the Tampa Bay area over 2 decades, we have developed an approach that is simple and effective.

This project required complete demolition of the original staircase. Our carpenters then constructed a beautiful new wood staircase with custom metalwork along the banister. Following is a commercial construction project for a complete build-out of a hair salon. Starting as an empty shell, we erected walls to house each station and installed the cabinetry and lighting chosen by our client. A smooth drywall finish was applied along the walls and new flooring was laid throughout the space. Our client was thrilled with the final outcome.
