Pool Construction
Custom pool construction transforms backyards into functional oases. Our process includes personalized design consultations, precise excavation, steel wall installation, and vermiculite flooring. Owner-led supervision ensures quality control throughout the 3-4 week build cycle, culminating in professional liner installation and client walkthroughs. We use premium materials and proven techniques to create durable, aesthetically pleasing pools tailored to client specifications.
Liner Replacement
Precision liner replacement services restore pool aesthetics and functionality. We measure inground pools for custom-fit liners, offering extensive pattern selections. The process includes removing old liners, repairing structural issues, and installing new liners with proper tensioning. Our 22-year liner age record demonstrates expertise in extending pool lifespans through timely replacements that prevent water loss and structural damage.
Pool Restorations
Comprehensive pool restoration services address severe deterioration. We specialize in structural repairs including wall replacements, step refurbishments, and concrete deck restoration. Our approach salvages existing structures when possible, avoiding complete demolition. Projects often include plumbing upgrades, skimmer replacements, and waterproofing treatments to extend pool longevity while maintaining original design integrity.
Water Chemistry
Professional water chemistry management ensures safe, balanced pool conditions. We educate clients on maintaining pH (7.4-7.8), alkalinity (120-160 PPM), and chlorine (1.5-3.0 PPM) levels. Our guidance covers filtration cycles, shock treatments, and chemical application techniques to prevent liner damage while optimizing swimmer comfort and equipment longevity.
Pool Inspections
Pre-purchase and pre-sale pool inspections identify structural and mechanical issues. We assess liner condition, wall integrity, plumbing systems, and concrete surfaces. Our evaluations include repair cost estimates and maintenance recommendations, providing critical information for real estate transactions or proactive pool management.
