TurnKey Builders is a full-service custom home building company. Our objective is to offer a product, price point, and professional service that is so often "talked about" but rarely delivered. We are an exclusive builder that only offers to build a specific amount of homes throughout each year. The reason for this is to ensure the high-level of attention, supervision, and expertise necessary to make each custom home that we offer a successful experience for our customers. When building with TurnKey Builders, you will receive dedicated effort and will have constant contact with Greg Hoppes, owner of TurnKey Builders.

TurnKey Builders will sit down and talk with you about home features that you are interested in. We will discuss the standard features that we provide. There is no fee for this service. TurnKey Builders will listen and help you to create a design theme for your personal floor plan, home elevations, and mechanical systems that represent the home that you can't wait to live in. This is a free service. We will discuss the budget that has been developed from the interests that you personally chose for your home in the preliminary design appointment.

As the owner/operator of TurnKey Builders, Greg provides personal service and direction through the entire building process - from the initial meeting and lot selection to the final walk through and follow-up warranty check. TurnKey Builders considers all clients as family members that we expect to impress with our organization and effective processes. We take great pride in what we produce. Including the budget and services that accommodate the elaborate custom homes that we construct.
