Founded in 1973, we've been a part of 1,000+ projects where we've moved millions of cubic yards of earthwork and laid hundreds of thousands of feet of pipe in the Midwest. Gradex employs 200+ people at any given time. Each of our crews is led by a qualified Foreman or Superintendent with an average Gradex tenure of 15 years and combined knowledge of 635 years of experience. Dozens of projects in which Gradex has been an integral part have earned the designation of project of the year from Construction Digest and Midwest Construction Magazine.

Gradex is family company founded in 1973, to concentrate on grading and excavation and related site work. We pride ourselves on providing a great place for our employees to work and raise their families which is evidenced by the fact that our office and field management employees average 15 years of service with the company. Our people set us apart from others within the industry. Our field supervisors are among the best in the industry. They have critical training in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

What's new?
