Dave came out tonight to fix a backed up sewer system.

Daniel came to our rescue. We had a drain issue with the tub and the sink. Daniel was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He made quick work of the job and cleared the drain. He then proceeded to clean up. We will call Drains by James, Inc. if need be ill the future. I highly recommend Daniel and Drains by James, Inc.

Absolutely amazing service! I called them with an emergency on a Saturday afternoon, they were able to come that night (5pm on a Saturday!) and had our problem fixed in less then an hour! They knew exactly what to look for, which was comforting after dealing with this issue and several other plumbing companies all day. We can’t thank you guys enough!

We were very pleased with Drains by James. Called in the am and they came two hours later. Friendly and professional. During these uncertain times they wore masks, gloves and shoe coverings and distanced themselves properly. Gave us estimate before they began. Clean, neat and quick.

Daniel F returned my call within five minutes of my calling the answering service for Drains by James. He was prompt and courteous. He kept the work area clean, called while on his way, and was respectful. Drains by James was recommended to me by Marc’s Plumbing. I will definitely call both business of the need arises. Highly recommended.

Like an idiot I didn’t know that egg shells can’t be put in the garbage disposal and After several attempts by my husband to fix it we finally had to call Drains By James to help..Nelson came out and was very professional and was able to clean the drain out quickly and with no mess.. wish I had just called them first!!!
