A BRIEF HISTORYSpracklen Russell Construction was founded in 1990 by Verle Spracklen and Rod Russell. Since then we have built many custom-design houses, remodels, and additions all while holding creative design, honesty, integrity, and great attention to detail as keys to our success. Whether you're in need of a starter home, or a large classic, we have examples of both to show you, as well as many quality custom additions, kitchens, baths, family rooms, fireplaces, decks, new doors & windows, and whatever else is on your mind.
Being certified Green Professionals through the National Association of Home Builders, we can help you build an energy efficient home. Many of the homes we have built in the last five years have been Energy Star rated or tested and given a Home Energy Rating System(HERS) Index which rates their energy efficiency. This benefits you as your "green" house will have healthier air quality, be environmentally conscious and save you money with lower utility bills. The lower the number, the more energy efficient the home and the greater the savings for you.
