Love their professionalism and scheduling. Always kept me informed on when they would arrive and when they were complete as I had to have someone else let them into the house. Would definitely use them again.

I had my carpets cleaned today by New Sunrise. First, they were very quick and flexible to find a time to come give me an estimate less than 24 hours after I requested one. Their estimate was quick, and there was no pressure. They quoted me different options on services and on groupings of rooms. They cleaned my carpets immediately following the estimate, which I accepted, and were completed in in less than 2 hours for 3 areas.
I thought the price was a little high (only reason for the sub 5 star), but they did an amazing job! Some stubborn pet stains that seemed like they were there forever are now gone. I will likely call them in the future to clean areas that I opted out of this time. They even helped me move an extremely heavy bookcase upstairs and left an extra bottle of spot cleaner at no charge. They were very professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
