James and the two other gentleman who came were great. I would recommend Midwest to others. Midwest did what they said they were going to do, explained everything and took good care of our home. They took our cabinets down and moved our glassware into boxes without protecting them. Keith and Doran went above and beyond their job. Keith was there everyday. I would strongly recommend Midwest and without a shadow of a doubt I would choose Midwest over any other company.
We were able to restore the customer's home office with a full restoration. We replaced the drywall, framing and flooring and removed the smoke smell from their home. They were grateful to have their home office back. We cut out the water damaged portion of the hardwood floor during the mitigation phase, toothed in new hardwood, sanded the entire room and refinished it to look like new! The customers were thrilled to not have to replace the entire flooring and loved how it turned out. We worked with the client to bring the bathroom into current code compliance and make it more functional.
