In 1980 John Creech decided to start a chimney Sweeping business in San Diego County. He ran his company as John Creech Chimney Sweep for approximately 15 years after which he sold it to his Daughter, Andrea, and Son-in-law, Don. Don and Andrea Richards changed the business name to The Village Chimney sweep and owned and operated the company for over 20 years. They built an amazing brand and created fabulous customer relationships. They became one of the most trusted chimney Sweeping companies in San Diego County.
