Advanced chimney cleaning came to fix our fireplace and they were so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. They arrived on time, wearing rubber covers on their shoes which is so respectful and then quickly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them

Eric and Shelby are terrific to work with. So happy they came recommended from all the neighbors. We scheduled an annual check up for our new home. Come to find out it was not up to code which why we had smoke issues. Eric not only explained but showed us the issues. We needed our fireplace replaced and they came to the rescue! From start to finish they were amazing. We truly appreciated the great communication and promptness of the whole team. The project was completed on time too. Eric and Jason came prepared and always cleaned up at end of day which is huge for us. Thanks again for the fantastic work!!

Very much appreciate the no BS approach and recommendations. Eric clearly has a lot of experience and expertise. Hard to find honest and reliable contractors these days, but ACC will be handling all of our chimney/fireplace and dryer vent needs in the future. Thanks for the great experience!

Just had Steve over the house to install a gas log set in our fireplace. He did an AMAZING job and was so friendly and professional. He even found a piece of Santa's coat in the chimney, while doing the install!! My kids were super excited about that. Top notch customer service!! Highly recommend!

They came out today and let me know that my vent had been painted shut by the builder almost 10 years ago! I had no need for a service . I was so thankful for the honesty and customer service of this husband and wife team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you need your chimney cleaned or your dryer vent cleaned, call Eric Crankshaw! He is great! I had an appointment with him for 9 AM this morning. He showed up on time and was very professional while he was here. My appointment was to have my chimney and dryer vent cleaned. Eric inspected my chimney and told me that it does not have to be clean at this time! Wow! What an honest guy! My dryer vent wasn't as bad as I thought it was. It was at the beginning stages of needing to be cleaned so I had him clean it while he was here. He even cleaned behind my washer and dryer for me! And, he took all the mess from the cleaning with him!

Remember people, Keep your dryer vent and fireplace/chimney cleaned! If you failed to do so, your dryer and or house can catch fire and it WILL cost you so much more in the end!
