Dependable Appliance was established on Staten Island in 1993, with a COD system and 2 professionals, a technician and myself. As the business grew we added more people and to date with, 10 field technicians and multiple Customer Care Representatives, we cover NJ, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island, we also send out approximately 90 service call per day. We are authorized service professionals for Frigidaire, Samsung, LG, Dandy, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Maytag, Jenn-Air and Friedrich air conditioners, Big Box service chains which includes P.C. Richards, Loews, Home Depot, and Sears.
