American Moving & Installation, Inc. began in 2009 with 4 union employees and 1 truck as a fully-licensed and insured commercial union moving company. Since then, Kathleen Rowell, Founder and CEO, has introduced innovative approaches to commercial moving operations. Initiatives she championed included: hand-selecting employees, developing comprehensive training programs, introducing leading-edge business processes and establishing a customer-driven culture.
