Daniel and Issac came by today to look at my sump pump that wasn't working. After taking it apart they got my pump working again. They were knowledgeable and efficient, would call them again in the future for any plumping related issues.

I am so grateful for Daniel and the Chosen Rooter & Plumbing crew! Turns out, it pays off to be a loyal customer. :) When the massive rains came down over new years weekend, we noticed that our sump pump was oddly quiet. Usually, we hear the boom sound every so often, loud but reassuring that it is doing its job. During the downpour, no such sounds were heard. Thankfully, we noticed and thankfully, we called Chosen Rooter right away. They squeezed us into what was no doubt a very busy schedule with all of this rain. Yup, the pump was not working. They fixed it and fingers crossed, no water issues over here. I am super grateful. They've helped numerous clients and worked on our home a few times (sewer lateral repair, installing a on-demand water heater, emergency shut off valve install, etc). We had a sink which backed up during the holidays. We needed a new pipe nut and a rooting. I called at EOD on 12/22 and Daniel was very helpful in arranging a visit for the next morning. Everything was handled in a very professional manner, including a text to let me know when the plumber was on their way. They showed up early in the promised window. Our plumber Robert looked over the situation, called in, got a price, and got to work. You could see he was really experienced because he knew to show value to the customer at every step, showing that the rooting was working, and that the pipes were cleaned out and the correct materials used. He will also suggest helpful upgrades to your plumbing system without pressure to purchase anything.
Robert was friendly and got through the work in an expeditious manner. The whole thing took about 45 min. He left everything clean. Great!

Our sewage line had to be replaced because of tree roots right before we were leaving for the holidays. I was nervous it wouldn't get done in time since it was a huge project. Luckily, Daniel and his team started work the next day. They broke through concrete, dug up 20 feet of pipe, replaced it, and re-paved our walkway and sidewalk in about 4 days. And that's including the city inspection! Very honest and reliable company - I shopped around to get another quote and no one could do it at the price Chosen quoted me, or nearly as quickly.

Ron came to take a look at our toilet which was severely leaking water. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and solve it on the spot. We where very thankful for his prompt service and ability to resolve it! Thanks Ron for saving the day!

Wow. We are SO pleased! After calling over a dozen companies who were only able to visit the following day, I reached Daniel, who gave a resounding "Of course!", when I asked out of the gate if someone could come by the same evening. Within the hour, Robert showed up to our home and was more than kind, competent and sure that he would fix our issue and we would be set. Sure enough, even after encountering some unexpected twists, Robert persisted, fixed the issue, cleaned up and was on his way in less than an hour. Although I hope to not need a plumber on a regular basis, if the time comes again, I will absolutely call and ask for Robert to come help us out! THANK YOU!

Chosen Rooter & Plumbing was quick to schedule an appointment and the service technician was polite, knowledgeable and skillfully unclogged the pipes which connected the garbage disposal and main kitchen sink. It wasn't an easy job and he needed his large snake to thoroughly unclog and get water flowing properly again. The tech got to work promptly, was personable, and gave some professional advice to avoid such issues in the future. This company is now my "go to" plumber!

My toilet flooded a day ago (nightmare). I let my landlord know immediately and they called Chosen Rooter & Plumbing, thank god. Ron showed up during the window
of time requested and literally went above and beyond to get my toilet fixed for me. He had to work on my lower level bathroom but had to do quite a walk around to get under the crawl space beneath the bathroom and had to walk around the entire complex a couple times to do so. I highly recommend, especially if you want something fixed ASAP and know that they want to fix it just as badly as you do. Thank you so so much again Ron!!
