We are very pleased with all of Imperial's services, but especially their repair of a 40-year old oriental which we wanted to keep. They removed the fringe and repaired the edges so that it looks almost new again. Brought in a runner that was filthy and needed a few repairs. I assumed it would come back a bit cleaner - it was gorgeous and repaired - it didn't end up back on the floor - it's now hanging.
