We specialize in building homes that are unique to each of our customers. Using quality materials and Lincoln's top specialty sub-contractors and suppliers, our talented team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. During remodeling projects our goal is to breathe new life into your unloved spaces and make them feel brand new. Whether it's your kitchen, basement or new addition, Fulton Construction wants to bring your ideas to life. Fulton Construction, Inc., is a custom home builders and remodeler based in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Steve founded Fulton Construction in 1979 and it quickly evolved into a leading residential construction company. Steve makes it a point to meet with each client from the initial designing stage through the project's completion. He oversees the day-to-day operations of projects and ensures lines of communication between homeowners and subcontractors are consistent and open. He is a member and past president of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln, a member of the Nebraska Green Building Council, Remodelers Council of Lincoln and a National Home Builders Association Life Director.

Previously the owners of homes in Houston and the San Francisco Bay Area, we were pleasantly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of our Fulton home in Lincoln. Most importantly, Steve Fulton personally ensured his availability whenever we had questions or needed assistance regarding our home. We wish we could take our Fulton home and Steve with us if we ever leave Lincoln! Fulton was chosen for the quality and craftsmanship in his homes. When I visited my home during the building process, whether it was the framers or the dry-wallers or the electricians, everyone greeted me BY NAME!
