Azia Rug Gallery was founded by my dad, Bruce Saberi, nearly 50 years ago. Selling rugs was a way to pay for College and also a way to share his native country's art with the West. After receiving a Master's Degree in Engineering and Math he went to work for Volkswagen and Audi. His passion for rugs drove him to quit and open up his first store in Germany. His operation became very successful, but after I was born (25 years later), he decided it was time to seek new opportunity in America. Starting over is never easy, but my mom and dad were very ambitious and worked very hard to get us to where we are today.
A beautiful winter gem to celebrate our first snow of this winter ❄️
