Signature Floor Coverings is a family owned and operated flooring store. Davin Lawson, owner, has owned and operated Signature Wood Floors LLC, an extremely reputable wood floor installation and refinishing business, since 2006 and is now offering a full line of floor coverings with his installation and small business experience. He started out as a warehouse worker at Flooring America in Springfield, MO and began installing floors a year and a half later for Camden Wood Floors, then starting his own company Signature Wood Floors in 2006.
First, the professionalism and courtesy: stellar! Everything from the staff in the store, who are all a wealth of knowledge and really listen to the picky needs and wants of the customer (while overlook the bickering between spouses who aren't agreeing! Ha!), to the gentlemen who installed the floors. They were truly gentlemen. Took great care of our things, of our home, and were the kindest, most respectful men I've had working on our place, EVER! Second, the craftsmanship: impeccable! I don't even know the right words to describe the beauty of the floors, but the precision and intricacy of work is hands down, flawless! They worked so hard to align, piece by piece, to give me the blend and flow we were looking for, and they were quick, efficient, and joyful throughout the entire job. I only heard music and laughter outside of the tool work. Such a fantastic team of installers, and such a fantastic crew in the shop! Signature Floors has redefined the term "Customer Service" and there is no way the quality of work can be compared. Thank you all so much!
