Owner Jeff is an honest man, extremely personable and his prices are great. HOV will get your vacuum running if it has any life left in it, as opposed to telling you it's time for the graveyard and giving you the old sales pitch, sorry but you need to buy a new one. I took my Kirby here. It wasn't suctioning right. Being a new Kirby owner I didn't realize that the belt wasn't engaged right. When I asked about the charges the staff was very snappy. I'm assuming it was the owner. Yes, he fixed a high pitched noise. But I felt like instead of replacing the belt he could've politely explained what the problem was. I will not ever return here.
