I feel as though I was swindled into buying this. Not worth the $$$$$ and only a 3day return policy?! That's crap.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but I am so happy we had a respectful, informed salesman who walked us through everything that Hyla can (and cannot) do. He did not pressure us, but instead thoroughly answered all of our questions, even the ones that might have dissuaded us from buying. After looking at all of the facts and effects of the demonstration, we bought the new model and I have been completely happy with it!
