Services
Dry Rot Repairs
Dry rot repairs address wood decay caused by moisture and fungi, restoring structural integrity to siding, trim, and other wooden elements. Our process includes identifying affected areas, removing damaged wood, and applying protective treatments. We use industry-leading materials to prevent future damage and ensure long-term durability.
Stucco Restoration
Stucco and concrete restoration involves repairing spalls, cracks, and water damage to maintain structural safety and aesthetics. We employ techniques like epoxy injections, sealant replacement, and elastomeric coatings to create durable, waterproof surfaces. This service extends the lifespan of buildings while preserving their visual appeal.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing removes dirt, mildew, and contaminants from exteriors, decks, driveways, and gutters using biodegradable cleaners and high-pressure water. Our method safely restores surfaces to like-new condition while preparing them for painting or sealing. This service enhances curb appeal and prevents long-term damage from buildup.
Color Consulting
Color consulting helps clients choose optimal paint schemes through sample testing and expert guidance. We provide free color advice and apply up to three colors on-site to visualize results. This service ensures cohesive, aesthetically pleasing outcomes tailored to each property's unique style.
Victorian Restoration
Victorian restoration focuses on preserving historic homes with meticulous paint stripping, surface preparation, and period-appropriate finishes. We handle complex architectural details while maintaining safety and minimizing disruption. This service combines craftsmanship with respect for historical integrity.
