I found and used Budget Right for the first time recently through an Angie's List deal. I had a list of about 10 tasks, mostly repairs I'd not figured out myself, some of which I'd put off for a couple of years. I was told my list would take the better part of a day and scheduled accordingly. James B. arrived on time and handled all of my tasks in a professional and pleasant manner, and persevered on a couple of tougher projects I told him it would be O.K. to skip if they proved too challenging. He was good enough to show me how to do a couple of things I had him do so I could take care of it myself in the future. The whole thing ended up taking 4 hours so the price was quite reasonable for the work I had done. I would definitely use them again.

The work performed by the technician was performed on a timely matter and professionally, work performed on May 13, 2018. I have a problem with the project manager I dealt with over the phone on the second appointment. On my second appointment, this situation became a nightmare in the way they handled my situation on not cancelling in a timely matter. I did make a call the day before trying to reschedule my appointment to another date due to a family matter that had come up. It seemed that the customer does not come first, but making a quick buck is of most importance! This situation could of been handled differently, but this company is extremely too rigid with their 24 hour cancellation fee. I have been a good customer with them, but at this point I will never use them again or will I recommend them to anyone.
