After pressure washing. We repaired roof and gutter leaks that were causing wood rot. Removed rotted wood and replaced with new. And, painted all woodwork.

Staining and varnishing the interior and exterior woodwork of this atrium. A huge thanks to River Water Tile and Carpentry for doing an excellent job replacing the rotted wood. They are professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend them for your tile and carpentry needs.
Another happy customer! We pressure washed, replaced rotted siding, stained front door, clear coated deck, and painted all the wood trim & shutters. Last time we painted here was about 12 years ago. I would say they got there money's worth!
