Hardwood floors add elegance and value to your home. On average, hardwood flooring can add 3-5% resale value. There are many types of species but the five main types are oak, walnut, hickory, maple, and cherry. We carry a variety of choices and plank sizes. We offer prefinished solid, prefinished engineered, and site finished, which is raw wood that is stained and finished. Hardwood flooring is strong and durable. Most of our prefinished woods can be refinished 1-3 times, but there are some that cannot be refinished.
Engineered wood floors are made up of a real hardwood layer on top with a wood composite underneath. This composite is made up of several layers that are positioned in different directions that add to the durability of the floor. For every square foot of 3/4 thick solid wood flooring manufactured, you can manufacture 4 times the amount into engineered wood flooring. It is manufactured from fast-growing underutilized, and less expensive wood species.
We offer Nylon, Polyester, and Blends. They are all very good carpets. Polyester has come very far and it is excellent with stain resistance and high traffic. It is also a less expensive option. Most of our polyesters have a 25-lifetime warranty on stain resistance, pet resistance, and fade resistance. It is the recommended carpet of choice.
