We had a wonderful experience working with Custom Flooring Specialists. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. We had significant water damage in our home last year and have had the pleasure of having them replace our floors and then remodel our bathroom and shower. Michelle, Randy, and the entire team did a great job replacing the carpeting and baseboard at my property! Michelle was fantastic to work with running through the urgency of the situation (prior tenant damage) and was really sympathetic. Randy was professional and personable on-site and understood quickly with a lot going on I was very happy to trust his opinion. Custom Flooring got the job done fast, on-schedule, and at a reasonable price. I'm really happy with how the carpet and baseboard turned out and it's a complete 180 from before! Everyone I met... from the folks in the shop to the installers ... really had my best interests in mind.
Floors came out just as we had imagined. The installation was professional and through. As problems came up they kept me informed and gave me options. I really appreciated that. Some stuff I didn't address some stuff I did. So glad they didn't just ignore or coverup the problems they found.
