We update the plumbing and electrical, add or remove walls, and update all the finishes including a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, stonework and lighting. We work closely with the HOAs to remodel your condo. We have done extensive remodels that included enlarging the windows and moving walls, or we can just freshen up your unit with new flooring, a new kitchen and new bathrooms.
