Questions
What causes dark roof stains?
Dark roof stains come from algae feeding on limestone in shingles. This organic growth damages roofs and increases cooling costs.
Why choose softwash over pressure washing?
Softwash safely kills algae roots without damaging shingles, unlike pressure washing which removes protective granules and voids warranties.
Do you offer warranties?
We provide a 5-year limited warranty covering free re-cleaning for first 2 years with pro-rated coverage for years 3-5.
Are your cleaning solutions safe?
Our biodegradable solutions protect plants and landscaping. We saturate vegetation before and rinse after cleaning to ensure safety.
What areas do you service?
We serve New Orleans and surrounding parishes including Jefferson, St. Tammany, and St. Charles parishes.
