In the small town of Cazenovia NY, Chris Lutzelberger started his career in the asphalt industry with Skoglund Construction Company Inc. 15 years later Chris struck out on his own and formed his own company, Asphalt Surfaces Inc., and began laying the foundation for the exceptional reputation and workmanship now found at the heart of OPS. In 1996, Chris relocated from New York State to Tucson and formed Old Pueblo Sealcoating.
