Rick installed a new gas water heater for us and went above and beyond and first class in everything he did. His work and attention to detail is outstanding but even more impressive was his communication. He treats his customers like family, just the way he would want to be treated, which is a refreshing change from most and highly appreciated. I would recommend Rick for all your plumbing needs!

After being charged a lot of money from another business without any resolution to our problem, Rick saved the day! He was honest with what the problem was, let us know he was able to get us a little more time but ultimately we’d need to replace our tub which meant a full bathroom reno. The renovation was seamless which was a huge relief for me as a first time homeowner, and it’s also beautiful. We’re so thankful to have worked with Rick and are relieved to know we have a trusted plumber in the future!

Absolute best man for any of your plumbing needs. He is prompt, caring, clean, efficient, polite and knows his trade. I wouldn't use anyone else, ever! He is our hero, it seems like our issues are always time sensitive and he's there to squeeze us in! Not enough good words to say about him.
