Do NOT use this company or its product! The Tampa office resurfaced our streets. It looked good for about 2 months. Then sand came up in cracks where the product began to separate. Not even a year old yet and our streets are cracking and pulling up very badly. Forget about getting them out here to repair it or even walk the streets WITHOUT THEIR LAWYERS! Terrible company with even worse customer service. DON'T USE THEM!
This is the 2nd year now Hope Lutheran Church and School has used Rose Paving for major repairs and stripping of our lot. They have done a tremendous job and are a great company to work with. They are well organized and constantly keep us posted from the start of the job until the finish.
