St Paul Street between Baltimore and Fayette St. This photo was taken in August of 1920. We removed wood blocks laid in sand and replaced it with a concrete base and asphalt surface. The photo shows the concrete being mixed on site.
We have been hard at work at our Westport asphalt plant. We completely replaced the control tower. Lots of memories in the old building, but the new one is going to serve us very well.
