The scope of the work included 3 full baths, kitchen, flooring for upper level, and added lighting for multiple rooms. Oded was our project manager and he really helped to explain what to expect throughout the entire process. If I got frustrated with anything, Oded went above and beyond to fix the problem and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. After a year of living in our dated Bird Rock home, we were finally ready to tackle a major renovation. Exactly two years again, Ella and Nico remodeled our bathroom.
We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Lumina Builders. Although this was far from the largest project Lumina normally takes on, we were treated as though it was. From David and Osman, our satisfaction was the primary concern. When the job was completed, and the final check was written, David's last statements to us were: "If you have any questions or there are any problems, you let me know and we will make it right." You can ask for nothing more from a contractor. We would definitely use Lumina Builders again, and would recommend them to any of our friends. Thanks guys, for the great job!
