Bob Leonard & Associates serves central California and the Mother Lode out of our office in Stockton, CA. We specialize in commercial and residential remodeling, fire damage and casualty repairs, ADA modifications, tenant improvements, design build, and public works projects. We build new buildings, expansions, conversions, and remodels. Our goal is to be a premier general building contractor by being committed to our clients. Bob Leonard & Associates was formed in 1977. The company operates from a 5,200-square-foot facility in Stockton, CA. When the company was formed in 1977 we primarily sub-contracted framing work, employing more than 30 workers and constructed single family homes on speculation. The company is now principally involved in commercial and residential remodeling, tenant improvements, fire damage and casualty repairs, and public works projects. The company currently employs 17 skilled construction workers, designers, and office personnel.
