I cannot recommend Big Bear Remodeling enough to anyone looking to improve the quality of their home. Rob and his team went out of their way to make our entire experience a pressure-free process. Rob's design suggestions were very helpful and he would even meet us at vendors to shop and pick out materials. His crew were flexible with their hours they worked and never left our home without cleaning up. Rob talked us through the duration of the process and would be quick to check in with updates and any surprises that the job presented. Overall, I would say Big Bear Remodeling was a first rate experience.
Got both bathrooms remodeled in my condo, including new tub, custom walk in tile shower, and custom tile floors. Fantastic experience from beginning to end and exceeded my expectations. Helped me through the design stage while still staying respectful of my budget. Was very prompt and professional during the construction phase and throughout. Great communication throughout the process and was very accessible if I had any questions. Ensured top quality work was done (even higher than my expectations and my own high standards). Also did great follow up service to ensure that I was happy. The project finished on time and was great quality. Mark was the main tile guy and did a great job. I would highly recommend Big Bear and plan to use them again in the future.
