Heartland floors repaired our termite damaged floor in the study, which are wide planks with wood pegs. We were very leery about anyone working on the floor because we have had bad experience with others who basically gouged the floor while sanding. But when Jim came, I found him to be very organized and it was evident to me that he knew his business. Even though they were a little more expensive than others, we chose to have them redo our floor. That was definitely a good decision. They were very efficient and they came when they said they would.
