We noticed a leak in our roof. This surprised me since we had a new roof put on in 2002 just 14 years ago. We called six or seven contractors for estimations to replace the roof. Of all the contractors we talked to they gave us an estimate and left. Only Dean with Only the Best Builders mentioned that it looked like the shingles were failing. I explained the roof was only about 14 years old and they were 30 year shingles. Dean helped me contact the manufacture and they came out to do an inspection. With Deans assistance we did received warranty compensation for the faulty shingles. Dean with Only the Best Builders cared about the customer not just getting the job. After all the logistics were done and the contracts signed the crew for Only the Best Builders arrived on the day and time they promised. While working the crew was very polite and respectful and they cleaned everything up as it was before they arrived. The final price was what was agreed to and very very reasonable. Its been a couple of weeks and we've had some rain and no leaks. The job was completed very quickly and professionally. I've had a few neighbors comment on how nice the new roof looks. I would and have recommended Only the Best Builder to my friends.
