Another Self-Storage is a self-storage facility located in Oroville, CA, and serving customers from Butte, Glenn, and Tehama counties, including Oroville, Chico, Paradise, Orland, Red Bluff, Corning, and the surrounding communities. We began with a desire to start a home business that we could work as a family. Our goal has been to provide a well-maintained, clean, and famil- friendly environment; a place where people feel safe and are confident in the security of their stored belongings. To achieve this, we installed door alarms on each unit that are deactivated with a personal pin-code.
Another Self-Storage broke ground on phase 1 of our facility in May 2004. This phase consisted of 5 buildings with various sized units, and one large canopy for RV and boat storage. We were excited about our adventure as owners of a self-storage facility. Though we had never "built" anything before, we designed and oversaw construction of the project from start to finish. We tried to anticipate the needs and wants of our future customers and wanted to make certain that everything was just right!
