Founded in early 2013 by Nashville resident Eric Larence, E.L. Construction provides the greater Nashville area with comprehensive, high-quality home improvement and construction services. Our goal is to be Nashville's best in home renovations, design creativity, residential maintenance, property services and new construction. One of our key goals here at E.L. Construction is to increase and maintain the property value on each and every job. We truly believe that when it comes to quality home improvement and construction services, E.L. E.L. Construction was founded in Nashville, TN in February of 2013 by Eric Larence. Eric has lived in Nashville for over 20 years and started the company with the intention of leading the construction industry in customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. By providing comprehensive construction services and putting an emphasis on daily communication with the client, E.L. Construction strives to make any and all home construction projects as easy on the client as possible. We take care of every detail and can work with you on your project from design to completion.

Whether you're away often or simply need help with home maintenance, we've got you covered. Sometimes you need an extra set of eyes and an extra set of hands, and here at E.L. Construction, we can provide just that. Air Filters - We can regularly change your air filters so you don't have to think about it! Vacation services - We can install and set timers for your lights, pick up mail and papers, take care of trash, and check your property each day you are away. Foul weather maintenance - Property Maintenance Clients will be at the top of our service list whenever foul weather strikes.
