We just had our granite installed today and we absolutely LOVE it! Thank you guys so much. This place is AMAZING! The showroom is beautiful and they have so much to choose from. Sabrina and Mariella were so helpful the minute we walked in the door. Luciano did such a fantastic job with cutting the granite and making it look incredible! So impressed! The whole process was seamless. I would totally recommend this place 100%. Thank you again!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. They seem to be professional business people so perhaps it was just a series of unfortunate events. Nevertheless, I feel that it's important to share my story to perhaps spare others what I went through. My situation was unique in that we already had a granite kitchen put in by the former owner of our home. We wanted to put in an island with granite that was a close match to what we already had. They gave me samples, one of which we really liked. Turns out that the sample was from an old batch of granite that they no longer had. So if you are bringing home any samples from them, make sure they actually have that granite onsite. In my experience shopping for granite, I've only been given samples of granite that the company actually has onsite. Secondly, when they delivered the granite for my island, it was not the correct section of the slab that I had picked out onsite. I'm pretty sure they didn't even use the slab that I picked, but what's worse is that it was the complete wrong section and not what I had picked out. Thirdly, we had asked for the corners to be at least 1 inch round, which apparently is the standard rounding. When the island top showed up at my house, the corners were very pointy and certainly not the 1 inch round that they should have been. My contractor estimated that they were no more than a half inch round. They did agree to take the granite back and refund the money, which was the right thing to do in this situation. They also let me keep the granite until I found a suitable replacement at Timeless Stone in Bloomfield. My experience with Timeless Stone was excellent and I would highly recommend them. My island top was the correct section of the slab with the correct rounded corners and was ready in half the time.
