When I was thinking of adding a deck or patio this summer, I decided to call Shakespeare home improvement Company. Two years ago, I had my basement finished by this company. The high quality of the workmanship was impressive. This company goes above and beyond to see that you are a happy customer. When we sat down and discussed the pros and cons for a deck vs a patio we came to a decision and went with the stamped concrete patio.
The customer service in all the arrangements and planning as well as the execution of the project was amazing. The office manager, Crystal is always pleasant and works quickly and efficiently to get your questions answered promptly. The crew working was polite, friendly and cleaned the job site before leaving each day. Working quickly, efficiently every day for the three days they were there resulted in a beautiful patio. Brian, the owner, checked in daily to make sure everything was going as planned.
This company is certainly one I would recommend because they are honest, there are no surprise costs added on at the end. The quote is what you pay. They take pride in what they do. It is apparent that the customer is important to them and that the customer is satisfied and happy.
