How does the gate access system work?
Starting April 2025, tenants use personalized numerical codes to access units. Codes can be verified through our online customer portal with 24/7 video surveillance monitoring.
What happens if I'm late on payments?
Gate access is revoked after 10 days of late payment. Access resumes once all outstanding balances, including for multiple units, are brought current.
Are there climate-controlled storage options?
