The people were very professional and explained to my wife and me each step. The original person that did the audit installed energy saving light bulbs through the whole dwelling. The installers of the insulation did a very good job, along with installing vents where necessary and door sweeps to the exterior entrances/ exits. After they left you couldn't even tell they had been here because of the great clean up they did after their work. A -one job by Rick and his crew under trying conditions because the day they did the work it hit 95 degrees. American Installations just finished some weatherization at our house. I would highly recommend them. From the initial consultation with Jim to all who worked on the insulation in the attic- they were wonderful. Our town inspector came to review the work & asked if American Installationd had done the work- when I said yes he said "they're one of the best" I'd have to agree!
I would highly recommend them, from the first person who came to audit the house to the installation of insulation they were very polite, knowledgeable hard working people. Even the girl calling to set up the dates, etc. was wonderful. It has made a huge difference on the heating of the house and I am sure the energy saving light bulbs will also make a difference in the expense. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to everyone.
