The work was completed as scheduled. The cost of moving the furniture was $451 over the original estimate. Since Gabe had seen our furniture and knew what had to be moved, I felt the estimate should have been more accurate. Gabe did have the painters return to fix a place on the wall and I appreciated that. Since the original insulation was not damaged, we were not charged for that line item. This is our first experience with any restoration company, so we have no other company with which to compare. Overall, we were satisfied. May, 2018
Phoenix Restoration did an excellent job coordinating the work on our wood floors and basement due to a water leak. They worked well with my insurance company. They communicated well, and I would definitely recommend them!
