How can I rent a storage unit?
Complete our TSSA Addenda online, submit ID, and pay via phone or auto-bill. Receive access codes and official contracts by mail within business days.
What items are prohibited from storage?
Flammable chemicals, food items, and perishables cannot be stored. Carport units only allow insured vehicles - no loose items permitted in vehicle storage spaces.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Accounts become past due on the 10th with fees applied. Units lock on the 6th, and liquidation begins after 30 days delinquent per Texas Property Code regulations.
