This is more about their ad than any work they do. A year ago, I had hired a different roofing company to fix a small roof leak. After they had re-roofed a section of my house, I had them back several times over a period of months because they still failed to fix the leak. I felt that it might be a leak somewhere in the fascia board, so I called Father and Son based on the commercial, "No job too small", because at 80 I'm too long in the tooth to scrambling around on a ladder trying to fix it. The rep from Father and Son called me and said that they would only be interested in doing the whole roof, and that they didn't want to waste time chasing a small leak. So much for "no job too small" B.S, in the commercials.
