LSR Construction is a family run residential general contracting firm based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Leonard and Sharon Richey have lived in the Indianapolis community for over 50 years. Since 1986, the Richey family has been actively working in the construction industry. The Richey's are active members of the Indianapolis community. Now bringing in the second generation, adding a new wave of thinking to our existing expertise, LSR is setting the foundation for the future by utilizing the most current, effective, and efficient forms of building ideologies and technology.

LSR Construction offers multiple styles of finished concrete. Whether you are looking for a traditional or a decorative driveway or sidewalk, pool, porch, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, or lounge area, LSR is capable of exceeding expectations for each of the above. LSR is willing to incorporate a variety of materials such as stone, poured concrete, concrete block, wood, and other various building materials to accommodate individual requests.

LSR Construction offers multiple approaches of building. Traditional wooden frame construction is standard in the home building industry. However, LSR Construction also offers a superior upgrade of reinforced poured concrete construction, providing benefits beyond the typical wooden frame build.
