My wife and I moved to a great townhome from our home in RIVER FOREST. We interviewed many builder/design contractors and we chose La Mantia. It was the best thing we have done for any of the home construction /remodeling we have done , ever!

From day one everything went as planned. The design and build staff were great to work with and always fulfilled our visions of the home we wanted.
I recommend this company and all there staff for any job.

LaMantia Design & Construction did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen, dining room, and master bath. They also added a sliding glass door to a bedroom off the kitchen so we could turn it into a mudroom/office. The designers worked with us to create a plan we loved, the project manager brought in the best tradespeople, answered every question, and was always overseeing everything so the project went smoothly. We highly recommend LaMantia.

My wife and I purchased a house that needed a lot of work. We had a decent size budget but wanted to get the guts of the house repaired before we did any aesthetic work. LaMantia came in and did a thorough review of the house and came up with a game plan for every area that had to be done and how much it would cost. We had enough leftover to redo the first floor of the house. We used their kitchen/bathroom designer, sub contractors, and architects to complete our project. Everyone we dealt with was polite, courteous, and loved what they do. The project was done on time based on the schedule we were provided by LaMantia. It was so easy working with them that I am now working on another project with them at our offices.
