We had a kitchen sink drain backup and Express Plumbing came promptly. Very please with their response time, Jesse arrived at my home within an hour of my call. The gentleman was patient, calm, and listened carefully to the background info I provided.
He was thorough and explained what he fixed once he was done. No mess was left and he was fully self-sufficient; had all the equipment (tarps and towels) leaving my kitchen the same way it was before. He also verified the smooth running drain line and gave us preventative advice on how to avoid a recurrence.

I had recently noticed our drain was flooding after our washer drained. I called Wednesday afternoon and had to be at the airport (LAX) the next day at 3pm. I spoke with the on call plumber and discussed options. I determined I would wait until next morning to deal with the problem.
The next morning we got the appointment scheduled and he came over at around 9am. He assessed the problem, offered solutions, and provided excellent customer service. The problem was fixed in about an hour or so; it was great. I was able to leave for my flight without a worry. Highly recommend Express Plumbing and Remodeling.
