Our 4 year old water heater started leaking inside and could have been replaced under warranty for another 2 years to fulfill the 6 year warranty. However, Dakota installed a new, higher end model water heater with full 6 year warranty for the same price. He also gave my husband more servicing instructions to help the water heater last longer with our water here. We are very appreciative. Chris, Mike, and Catrina are not only professional and good at what they do, they are extremely personable and even when dealing with an emergency, fun to work with.
