California and Oregon Boiler are Employee Owned. This plan enables our employee-owners to share in the growth and prosperity of California Boiler and Oregon Boiler. ESOP's have been studied in depth for nearly 35 years. These studies have proven that ESOP companies (employee-owners) dramatically improve the company's performance. ESOP's foster an "ownership culture" which allows employee-owners to feel and act like owners - not like "just another employee". Our employee-owners receive an interest in company stock without using their own monies.

Marin French Cheese's plant boiler facility needed to be replaced as their aging boiler was not capable of meeting capacity requirements and was operating on #2 fuel oil. California Boiler was contracted to complete a whole-scale re-build of a watertube boiler including combustion blower replacement & controls upgrade for the largest winery in America. Using this breakthrough technology, Pitchess was able to implement a cost effective, ammonia-free SCR solution that offers superior NOx performance with lower energy requirements than other available technologies.

Safety is the way of life and a culture at California and Oregon Boiler We are committed to ensuring the safety of our employee-owners and our clients. To ensure our Safety culture we have a Safety Committee, trained Safety Auditors, and trained Accident Investigation Teams. All of our field employee-owners have been trained in OSHA 10 hour construction classes and carry valid OSHA 10 cards.
